I've recently discovered this new band formed of three sisters, HAIM.

Alana Haim,  Este Haim, Danielle Haim,

You might have heard their catchy song on Target's newest commercial. I was instantly drawn to the tune of the song when I first heard it. It sounded like a little throwback to the eighties but still modern. I've also read a couple of their interviews with magazines saying they don't like being called a "girl band" and see it as "medieval". With their talent and skills, I agree!

Hey guys! So I decided to start a new series on my blog called Music Monday. I know this is mostly a fashion/beauty blog but one of my greatest passions is listening/discovering music. This series will be for you guys to know who I'm currently listening to and why. Hope you enjoy!

So my first post would be on Lorde. 



Lorde (real name Ella Yelich-O'Conner) is a 16 year old indie pop artist from New Zealand. To me, she's a huge inspiration because of how much she has accomplished at such a young age. Not only is she an inspiration but her music makes me feel so happy. Her music is original and I think that's why she has had such good reviews.
